East Africa Insights: Notable Fund Managers 

East Africa remains a premier destination in Africa for PE, VC, and DFI investment, ranking 2nd in 2024 (36% of deals) and maintaining 2nd place in Q1 2025 (34% of deals). It is worth analysing the fund managers that played significant roles in East Africa’s private capital market this quarter: Alterra Capital Partners and Inua Capital.
