This acquisition trails Grinta’s recently completed funding led by Beltone Venture Capital (Beltone VC) and Raed Ventures, which provided capital to finance the transaction. This acquisition gives Grinta access to City Clinic's established infrastructure, which includes four branches and 60 doctors, serving over 150,000 patients, and marks their entry into direct patient services. Grinta has concurrently exited its B2B pharmaceutical distribution business in Egypt, marking a full pivot to become an integrated direct-to-consumer (D2C) healthcare provider.
